If you want to hide Your following list on Instagram, just make your account private.... Go to your profile, tap the three lines (☰) on the top right, then open Settings and Privacy > Account Privacy and turn on Private Account. After that, only the people who follow you can see your following list.And if you don’t want some specific person to see it, you can block them. Just open their profile, tap the three dots on the top right, and press Block. Then they won’t be able to see your profile or following list.

There’s no actual feature on Instagram to completely hide your following list. What most people do is make their account private by going to Settings → Privacy and enabling Private Account. That way random people can’t see who you follow, but your accepted followers still can.

They doesn’t give any option to fully hide who you follow. You can switch your account to private from Profile → ☰ → Settings & privacy → Account privacy and turn on Private account. After that only approved followers can see your following list, but those followers will still be able to view it.
