1. Completely close the app and software - Don't just minimize it. I forced to close it from task manager.
2. Clear cache - after clearing the cache the error stopped viewing for some users.
3. Check internet stability - Even if internet is working, something unstable connection can trigger. Switching wifi to mobile internet will be helpful for you.
4. Disable any kind of vpns or proxy.
5. Re logging the fresh session.
6. Try another browser or device to having a better experience.
7. Lastly update the application will beneficial for you.
